I mixed this oil with Fenugreek seed, kalonji seed, evion capsule and oiled my hair once every 5 days. The next day I washed it off with a mild hair shampoo or cleanser. Thereafter I used a conditioner on the ends of my hair and washed that off. Also in the initial days when I had dandruff I mixed this oil with aloevera from my garden and applied it to scalp, kept it for 2 hrs and washed off with shampoo and conditioner. This provided such miraculous results. It reduced my dandruff as well as hairfall totally. Before I used to have more than 300-400 hairfall per day. Now it has reduced to 30-40 per day. Also I have incorporated iron rich fruits like pomegranate, dates, bananas and loads of nuts like cashews, walnuts. I followed this whole regime for two weeks and saw visible results.
