While some people stay away from it at all costs, others say this compound is found naturally in some foods so may not be harmful in vitamins. I'm not sure what to make of this except that I'd rather my liver have to detoxify one synthetic compound versus so many others found in drugstore vitaminsBottom line: seems like the next best thing to getting all your vitamins from food directly. Will update after some consistent use.Update: After over a weeks' worth of using, my skin looks better, clearer, and more hydrated.
