You MUST refrigerate this product or else the tablets will turn to powder. I give my cat with UTI's one of these a day. I just shove it down her throat. **Q: Is this something that would benefit sheep wether?** A: Yes, it states on the container it can be given to goats, sheep, and cattle. **Q: Can this be given to female goats ?** A: Ammonium Chloride is mainly given to bucks and weathers as a preventative or treatment for urinary calculi. Female goats (does) have a larger urethral process than males and therefore do not generally have problems with calculi. If a doe of mine was straining to urinate and it was from a blockage I, would use ammonium chloride as a treatment. I do not use it as a preventative on does. My opinion only. **Q: Does it say how many mg are in 1tsp anywhere on this product. Using as replacement Uroeze since it is currently unavailable. Need to administer 180mg.** A: It did not say how many mg are in a tsp. However, I did do a rough measurement -- the whole thing is about 5 cups, and it weights 2.5 lb (1.13kg).
