Review: I switched to the draw string tea bags from the wire balls as I found some of the loose leaf tea would escape and you would end up drinking the floaties. These bags prevent the loose leaf bits from getting in the water. I was at first hesitant to pull on the string, assuming it would break, but it has held up thus far. So far, no issues and I find the bags to be high quality. Doesn't fall apart after being emerged in liquid for hours. (I often take hours to drink a cup which is why I know this). Does a great job at allowing the loose leaves to seep. Highly recommend if you are looking for something cost effective, reliable with quality in mind.

**Q: Do the bags have any plastic in them? Are they made with plastic or is it pure paper?**
A: They are paper bags with fabric drawstrings. No plastic other than the bag they all come in.

**Q: Can these be used for kava tea or kratom tea?**
A: I do not use them for those but I have used them for all other types of tea and even filled with herbs in a soup and they work very well.

**Q: Can these be used for Ayurvedic powders or will they seep through?**
A: I grind some of my homemade fruit teas into powders, and they work great!

**Q: Bleach free?**
A: yes, bleach free.

I switched to the draw string tea bags from the wire balls as I found some of the loose leaf tea would escape and you would end up drinking the floaties. These bags prevent the loose leaf bits from getting in the water. I was at first hesitant to pull on the string, assuming it would break, but it has held up thus far. So far, no issues and I find the bags to be high quality. Doesn't fall apart after being emerged in liquid for hours. (I often take hours to drink a cup which is why I know this). Does a great job at allowing the loose leaves to seep. Highly recommend if you are looking for something cost effective, reliable with quality in mind.
