I dried the pillowcase by rolling it in a towel then hang drying. It came packaged so it wouldn't leak in the box. It's very gentle and didn't leave behind a scent but it smells good.

I have a few Silk items and had struggled to find what works for it when I found this. I've used it for over a year, and I can say confidently that this works great on those items. It makes them nice and clean without being too harsh or damaging it also smells lovely. I have to hand-wash my silk items, so I have to handle it and it is surprisingly easy as it has instructions on the bottle telling you how much it needs. Also, it cap never have any spillage after the whole year it is still working great. If you're looking for something to clean your wool or silk items, this detergent is a great match, and if you have to hand wash it your hands won't mind.
