Have you ever used Psyllium Husks? If you haven't, if add your liquid and let it sit a few, it will gel up. I usually just put in water and drink down before gel. **Q: What is the purity level of this product ?.** A: I have no idea of the purity level but it certainly doe the trick **Q: is this tasteless?** A: Well, almost tasteless. About the same taste as coarse grain metamucil. **Q: Is this the fine white powder or is it the seeds?** A: Not a fine powder, but coarse husks. So expect some texture, unless you're using a blender.
