Typically, I'm a believer after I have tested a product. Previously, I enjoyed taking RU-21 until it was removed from production.To begin I did extensive research on products that would prevent hangover symptoms (nausea, headache, and upset stomach). Typically, all products had caffeine and vitamin c. Both are good after a night excursion, but what I look for is a preventative method. What separated this product from others is it contained milk thistle, and dihydromyricetin. dihydromyricetin is a natural occurring supplement that basically prevents the bi-product of alcohol from building in your body. In addition to the two mentioned items is the supplement has electrolytes.The instructions say to take 2 capsules every 4-5 drinks which means you'll take alot depending on how much you'll be drinking. Due to the bachelor party I was at and the men being from Wisconsin I can say that it was a marathon. During the time of consuming beverages I took 10 (2-before, 6-between, 2-at bed) capsules. Most people would assume taking 2 before and after should prevent the hangover. You would be setting yourself up for failure because the instructions specifically states how much to consume. The next day when I woke up I didn't have a pounding headache, or experience nausea. However, I was tired like I had just sprinted a 5k.
