Comments about efficacy of this product(Advantage), with ticks would be very welcome** A: Hiya. Live in Cheshire here. We have all sorts of creepy critters that love to attach themselves to my dogs and cats, free meal all round! I researched this product after wasting so much money on frontline, this didn't work for me anymore. I purchased just before Xmas and dropped it on animals, within minutes I spotted a flea trying to hang onto my dog's coat (probably gasping for air, didn't get magnifying glass out!) ;) there have been no fleas, ticks or mites on any of my 7 animals since! :) will be buying again next month to repeat. It's brilliant and really works. **Q: Is it the same ingredients for cats & dogs ?** A: Advantage Spot On Flea Treatment is for treating flea infestations in dogs, cats and rabbits suitable for puppies and kittens 8 weeks and older. Using Advantage Flea Treatment, fleas are killed within one day following treatment. **Q: does this product kill ticks?** A: No it doesn't. I started using this 2 weeks ago. I found a tick on my dog 5 days ago. I recieved my 'tick remover' today and have just removed the tick and it was still alive! I've just drowned the horrid tick in mouthwash, vinegar and bleach! So I would say NO this product does not kill ticks. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% recommended - flea free in under 24hrs *by E***H on 19 September 2026* After using another well known brand for the best part of a year with no joy whatsoever, I decided to try Advantage on my 2 cats. It’s insane how quickly it worked. After applying on a Friday morning before work to coming home at lunch, they were flea free. We are now 3 weeks in and we are still flea free. Incredible stuff. Well with the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works *by D***E on 17 September 2026* Within hours of applying this, my constantly licking/grooming cat, who I had renamed Licky-licky, has ceased all such activity. This stuff works unlike other brands promoted on here such as 'Frontline Spot On' which I found to be pretty useless. ## Frequently Bought Together - Advantage Spot On Flea Treatment 40 Small Cats Dogs and Rabbits, 4 pipettes - FRONTLINE WORMER - Cat Worming Treatment - 2 Tablets --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/277628964-advantage-spot-on-flea-treatment-40-small-cats-dogs-rabbits](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/277628964-advantage-spot-on-flea-treatment-40-small-cats-dogs-rabbits) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
