If I put ice in it to keep everything cool, when it melts will it leak? Thanks** A: Yes, it's waterproof..It won't leak or causing condensation on the outer layer. It works well as an insulator as well..my ice pack still not fully melting even after 10 hours. It keeps my groceries and water or drinks cool during the hot day. **Q: What else is it good for but picnics?** A: I used it when I went on holiday and took frozen food in as was in self catering accommodation, it was still frozen, in fact when I broke down on the m4 coming back there were still frozen items when I got home 12hrs later! Recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Detachable from frame for easy cleaning *by A***L on 5 August 2021* Despite the small hole in the silver lining on unpacking I put a little piece of of gorilla tape over it to fix it because I needed to use it straight away which is why I ordered it. I did find that it's a very sturdy and a suitable item for carrying around bits and pieces to keep cool. However I would be careful when putting something that has sharp edges as I think the lining may not stand up to too much pressure. I lined it with a tea towel and placed more square/rigid items in the centre. Easy to clean and lightweight folds flat for storage.
