For less than $10 I thought I was going to get something "ok" but this band is fantastic.  It's about 5x thicker than I was expecting.  I was able to get 7 more pull ups and it was just enough to keep me going (which is tough because I'm 6'3 240lbs).  I work out at home and don't have a workout partner or spotter so this gives me the little push I need to get a better workout.  I was also able to use this for standing tricep extensions, it works way better than the super thin flat bands.  If you are looking for exercise bands, these are the best I've found for the money.

I've used these types of bands at a bootcamp in the past. I'm trying to acquire items so that I can have the convenience of being able to get a workout in whenever and also start my 13 year old boy on the road of fitness with body weight for his growing bones. This band helps accomplish ment. I have to be honest I didn't read discription and I first thought I was getting a whole set versus one band. But still this red band is exactly where I am starting at for my son he can actually start up 2 colors higher. It's a great product, well made, quality through and through.

I made an order for the thin red band (10-35 lbs) and I love it!I originally have a heavy band from another brand and realized that I needed a lighter resistance. Heavier bands are great for your larger limbs when doing mobility work,but sometimes you will need the smaller ones like the red band.Higher repetitions for face pulls and mobility on the shoulder and arms can require the lighter band and it really takes care of you. Material seems good as well. I will update within a few months or if anything changes sooner.The price is very good as well, highly recommended.
