I have purchased both the "regular" and the "5X" concentrated versions of this product & both work really well. The regular version instructs you to take 2 TBSPs as a daily dose, whereas the 5X version instructs you to take 1 TBSP per day (both, in a glass of water). IMO the 5X version is cheaper on a monthly basis. A neighbor recommended I take this to cure the (vein) swelling I had in one ankle after a 2 1/2 month stay in hospital. By the 2nd day, the swelling went down, & by the 5th day the ankle was normal. I still take it daily 3 months later. It is good for other ailments also. BTW -- the doctors had no solution, saying it was part of getting older.
