I am 38 and and still get black and whiteheads sometimes. If I use this faithfully every night, it keeps me from breaking out. My aesthetician recommended it and I have found that it is much cheaper on Amazon than at the salon. Good Luck! **Q: Can this be used as a body wash?** A: I haven't used it as a body wash.
