I sometimes just put my whole phone in there and hang it next to the door (so I don't forget about it leaving for work, it's happened before).But the case itself:Dropping the phone: I've dropped it up to 7 feet on carpet, 5 feet on asphalt, and even throwing/tossing it at wood trying to throw it on my bed. Not once has it scratched the case or cracked my phone.Back side: It might look weird with the curve, but it actually fits really nicely in any palm (Friends have held it and said they like it).Sound Amplification: It may look stupid having that box down under the speaker, but it makes a BIG difference when playing music and now we always use my phone when playing a random song or just a whole playlist.Over all, it really doesn't put much weight on the phone, nor make it that much thicker. I am completely unbiased, and have no knowledge of the seller or product previously.That said, I initially ordered the wrong size (make sure you get a + if you need a +!) and I contacted the seller to return the item. Very prompt response and solution to the problem.Now that I have the correct case, I can tell you that it does, in fact, amplify the sound as I had hoped. The volume is MUCH louder, and just what I was looking for. The quality is exceptional, and while I haven't drop-tested it (I'm sure I will get around to that, unfortunately) it seems safe and protected. I am very happy with my purchase!
