## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the velcro on these shoes last for the life of the shoe with very active use?**
A: The velcro and one of the loops that hold the laces both broke on our second time wearing them. We have super active kiddos so we returned them and went back to Merrell hiking boots. After our kids outgrew them they still looked amazing and we are rough on our shoes.

**Q: No 11, 12 or 13 toddler? My grandson wears a 12 toddler.**
A: Don't know why but the sizing goes up to 3.5 then back to 11, 12, little kid. My grand daughter was 11 toddler and I bought the 12 little kid...it was correct.

**Q: Do these keep dirt out? my son constantly gets tiny little rock’s in his shoes when we go hike. just want to make sure?**
A: These shoes fall apart after about a month.

**Q: Seller please provide size chart**
A: I can tell you about my experience. I selected 4 BIG KID according to my daughter's feet size. She wears 35-35,5 European size and the internet told me 4 BIG KID should be about 35 EU. The shoes came quite large and very, very wide. I am 42, wear size 37 shoes and I have wide feet. These shoes fit me perfectly in width and the length is ok as well, just a little snug. A child can't have such wide feet. I suggest ordering one size smaller than the ordinary size, in case the rest of the shoes are similar fit.

Great bang for your buck. Got these for my 7 year old son to use for hiking this month. He loved the colors and I loved the quality of material they're made from. Wish they had these in adult sizes.
