A: Too delicate. Even my ironing them melts the pieces too much. I would not recommend microwave.

**Q: Which yellows come with this set? We ran out of the brighter yellow, and want to get more of it. Can't figure out the name of that yellow.**
A: There is a light pastel yellow and a darker yellowish orange

**Q: Are the templates reusable? The butterfly, flower, etc...**
A: Yes, they are. That's what is so cool about these. Once you melt them with an iron, you can peel them off, and reuse the templates!

**Q: How long do you iron your creation**
A: About 20 to 30 seconds per side depending on how hot your iron is. You’ll be able to tell when the fuse beads start to slightly melt just the top layer enough to stick together

This product is fun, easy to use and was pretty mich what I expected. I have never used these beads before but have seen what other people have made from them. I have been trying to find arts and crafts projects to keep my daughter engaged in activities that do not involve the television or video gaming. She is three and her 12 year old brother already has her hooked on minecraft. While mindcraft is a better video game that encourages you to create I wanted her to create things using her hands. This product is great for that. They give you some blank patterns and you can color them in by placing the dots on either by using your hands or the tweezers included. She is young so I did need to help her with some of the pegs and of course I had to do the ironing however she really got into the project and together we made a colorful butterfly. Now she is only three as I mentioned and this was a little old for her but bought it knowing I would have to help her. I don't set her up with projects and walk away. (Except during the dinner prep rush) I like to sit with her and do projects with her. Bonding time and all that. So if you are looking for a good project for kids to do on there own I would not recommend it for kids as young as mine. However if you plan to help them it was a great project. It will challenge there hand-eye coordination. That's a very positive thing. The goal of arts and crafts and most other toys is to challage there bodies and minds to they can learn a new skill. If we keep buying toys that are at or below there skill level they don't learn much. Each time we have sat down to use them (three times total) she has improved on her ability to put the dots where she wants them. And for parents who have never used them. It was a sinch. Very easy. I'm the kind of person who always has to throw away the first pancake if you will but not this time. The first melted creation came out flawless.
