Being a novice it was so helpful to be able to read about use and care of this banneton and how/why it works.This proofing basket is nice and sturdy, the materials seem to be of good quality. The cloth liner and a dough scraper that come in this set are a nice addition. I can use the scraper for a lot of things, not only for dough - it is like a huge spatula and the shape is perfect to clean out the round sides of any bowl. The basket came neatly wrapped in tissue paper inside the polybag. White tissue is such a nice touch, makes the whole set look like a nice gift.I’m really excited about my new banneton.
