No extra additives or mystery ingredients. AIP-compliant if you care about that sort of thing - in my case I wanted to avoid black pepper which is in so many spice blends. I like that they kept the ingredient list very short. When you have 14 ingredients in a spice blend are you really tasting the 2 micrograms of coriander in it? Has a zing - not a hot zing like peppers, just a nice hit to the palate, probably the most from the garlic, salt, and onion but it does taste balanced. All I know it is makes me eat more, which in my case since I have healthy meals, is a good thing! I've used it on chicken, duck, fish, and even pork.
