Was a snug but secure fit over my head rest. Definitely better then the original clip on dvd holder it came with. Those broke or got loose over time and wouldn't hold the dvd up. I kept losing the screw to it. This is also faster to take the dvd player in and put there is no reaching behind it to find the clips that you have to squeeze to release dvd player from head rest mount.
