Use plenty of oil/butter/fat/etc. and if you are cooking something like Rice, , I have found that it is better to wash it right after using it. I have been using Meyer pots for over 10 years which is of a good quality. However, I found Duxtop pots of equal or even greater quality. Also, a year ago I bought an induction cooker and found that it takes longer to boil the water up in Mayer pots while in Duxtop pots water boils up very fast. In short, fantastic pots for decent price.
