Review: Painless removal!! I dare you to find a better bandage! - I have used this product time and time again on the field as an EMT in New York and in my personal life With family and friends especially since I ride street bikes and dirt bikes doing freestyle as a Hobby and this has come in handy countless times and the strong but gentle adhesive it’s always painless removing after a shower or even whenever you need to clean the wound and replace the bandage. The adhesive on the Bandage sticks very well to your skin and even if you roll over the cut with the adhesive it doesn’t irritate the cut in anyway or stick to it directly whereas if it hits/makes contact with your skin it makes a wonderful seal. The Band-Aid being as breathable as they are allows you to scab up without having to replace the bandage as where others create such a air tight seal that the injury site won’t scab up which requires you to leave the cut/wound open to the air to eventually scab up. Another alternative to this are “crash pads” much more on the pricey side but better in the long run if you don’t want to constantly replace the bandage due to the severity of the injury or low pain tolerance. This is a must have in every EMS kit or home first aid kit. I dare you to find a better bandage than this!
Review: Good made in the USA product, Convidien/Kendall telfa is the same. - This is a review for the Telfa model 7643 adhesive dressing or bandages. I bought mine from MaxCare and was fulfilled by desertcart. First, these are now not Kendall, but Covidien brand. Covidien I guess bought out Kendall, and now makes them, so they are now Covidien Telfa instead of Kendall Telfa. But overall, same product.. sort of. and is still made in the USA too. I had some old ones that were the Kendall version, from a couple years ago, and was just about out, so I wanted to buy some more. When i got the new ones in, I opened one up and compared the two, old and new. These are the non stick type of dressings, that have some sticky or glue on the edge of the dressing that is about 3/8" wide, and is only on 2 sides, the longer sides, so you do not need any kind of tape to apply these, and have them stay in place. When comparing them to the old Kendall ones I have, these new Covidien ones, the gauze in the center, to me, it seems like it is something like 30% thinner then the old ones made by Kendall. It may be just my imagination, as they are really thin, but I checked them side by side, and even compressed them down to compare the pressed versions, and that is what it looks like to me, that they have less gauze in the center now. Other then that, they seem like they are the same product as when Kendall made them. These are white in color. The ones that Kendall made where a tan/light brown color, but I guess Covidien only makes them in white. When they say light draining, they mean light. While you can put some other type of gauze under it to double up on the gauze part, just know, these do not handle that much draining. They still have the non stick outside wrapping, just like they did when Kendall made them. and are still individually wrapped too. The use by date on my box has a date of 2019-05, or about 4 years. The packaging does have a warning that says, "Caution: The packaging of this product contains dry natural rubber".. It also has a DEHP symbol with a big X though it too. I looked that one up and found that it is a plastic softening agent called "di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate" and it is now banned from being used in the EU due to heath concerns.. so it not being used here is a good thing. Overall, they seem about just as good when Kendall made them, and are still a good product. If I had any complaints, it would only be that I wished the gauze in the center was a little thicker and more absorbent, and I liked the tan color better. Other then that, no complaints. One thing I would like to note. I have seen others that have complained or stated that they did not get Kendall ones, and left a negative about the product because of it. I am not really sure if the seller actually did a bait and switch, or if they got the new ones with the Covidien name on them, and because they did not say Kendall, they just assumed the worse. I have had people in the past advertise one product, and then send a completely different brand in place of the one that they had advertised, so i know it happens. That is why, when I put my order in, I got the ones from MaxCare, because desertcart filled the order and desertcart is usually pretty good at making sure that the product brands match up. Because of these things, a lot of people have left bad ratings for the product, which should have not gotten those bad ratings as the product itself was not really bad, and they are blaming the product for what the seller possibly did wrong. This should be shown on the sellers end, not the products, and for this reason, I am giving it 5 stars, when I think it deserves 4 due to other buyers stupidity of blaming a product for what the seller did wrong. That is the exact reason why you can leave seller and product feedback people. If the seller does wrong, leave a bad seller rating, not product that you never tried.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great protection for wounds
*by L***N on January 23, 2026*

These were recommended by my doctor. They work well to protect the wound and have adhesive straps on two sides to keep in place. Unfortunately I am allergic to the adhesive.
