It has the closest taste to original 'TANG' that I've come across -the taste of tangerines-. It contains lead. - When Citrucel was discontinued, I was excited because it said "Compare to the Active Ingredients in Citrucel". It is more expensive, has a CA lead warning, and can't be returned. I put the tablespoon in a full glass of water which immediately formed into a big glob. I stirred and stirred and it broke into smaller globs that settled to the bottom of the glass. So...when you drink it, you get most of it in a gulp. I notice it also had a choking hazard warning on it. NOT a safe product and so unhappy I can't get my money back.

It’s effective but difficult to mix. No matter how hard or fast you stir it some unpleasant globules remain in your glass. Citrucel does not have this problem and it also has no lead.
