**Q: Has anyone baked bread in this?**
A: Yes, it works great! You can bake upside down.

**Q: Does the combo seal pretty well? Thinking about using it for bread**
A: I currently use it only for baking sourdough bread. I find it does seal nicely. The shallow side has a slight raised edge which fits to the inside of the deeper part of the roaster.

**Q: What is the correct size banneton for a full loaf ?**
A: I’ve used an 11”x5”x3” banneton with good results. My results also indicate that a larger loaf (e.g. using a larger banneton) would fit well in the roaster. Hope this information is helpful

**Q: Can this as well as the top be used on an induction stove?**
A: Yes, I have used it in mine several times
