Review: Fantastic water dispenser - Love this hot water dispenser, I have arthritis in my hands and can not lift a kettle, it's sleek and stylish, followed the instructions which was easy to follow and set up, nice digital display you can choose your temperature depending on what your drinking your ml for cup sizes the display tells you when your water is low and when it needs descaling also great for baby formula it's so much more than just a hot water dispenser it looks good it feels strong I'm sure if you look after it as per instructions it will hopefully last a long time it's so much easier to fill one cup not only that you are only boiling what you need so should save on electricity too. I'm very happy with this slim machine it doesn't take up to much room it also has an auto lock so little fingers can't press or burn themselves it's quick and no limescale in your cup an enjoyable cuppa thank you Caso for this great hot water dispenser
Review: 5 Star but a couple of things which could be better - An ideal replacement to a normal kettle and easy to use. The water is very hot and quick the water starts to come out in approx 5 to 6 seconds. The machine pours quite slowly but quicker than some of the other machines. The Machine is made of quality materials and looks very modern. There are a couple of downsides the quantity settings are in 50 ml segments it would be better if they were a bit smaller say 10 or 20 ml but if you do get a in between mugs size you could use continuous and put button manually to stop. Also this is a handy kettle for drinks but for cooking it would take quite some time to fill a saucepan etc. but hey cooking is not to be rushed. Overall a really good machine the best I have had of this type of kettle and would highly recommend. Have only had the machine for a few weeks so can't comment on lastibility but so far so good.

**Q: What filters are people using with this - I've seen reports, and pictures, that suggest the expensive Caso 1861 ones don't fit very well.**
A: Further to my other comment, I’ll post an image of the filter that the machine came with. It fits fine, but is definitely not the same as the one being sold as the approved filter

A: Yes it has a 3 pin plug its a very good machine

A: Volume in Ltrs
Min is 0.5 ltrs
Max is 2.7 ltrs

**Q: Roughly how big is the drip tray?**
A: Hi, it's very small, probably about 60mm x 40mm. We've had ours about 6 months now and I don't think I have ever seen it drip. It's really very clean and efficient.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice bit of kit

Very happy with this to the point it’s almost perfect. Yes it has varying temperature control so you can go from warming a babies bottle to a pot of tea. Yes it has multiple capacities, including a continuous one for when you need more than 400ml. Quality is meh, it is what it is. It’s almost entirely plastic, and it feels it. Also for some reason the one I have wobbles on the counter. Dosent sit flush, a bit annoying but it dosent get in the way. Not sure how efficient it is, given the boil in seconds aspect I’m guessing it uses more electric. However you’re only boiling the amount you set, so over all it should save a bit of money. I got this on sale, so I think it was good value for money. I was originally looking at a new kettle that was £70 and this at £99 was only a bit more expensive. I think it’s a good purchase. Another good thing is the water filter that is rated for 150l, rather than 30days. Stops you throwing a perfectly good filter out just because an arbitrary time has passed. Now let’s talk the negatives. Firstly, for me this was a big one. The hot water nozzle is to close to the body of the machine. So jugs or even trap pots feel wrong. While using it with a tea pot I did notice some water not quite making it in. This was with a 2 person team pot. Anything over that won’t fit. Finally we have the volume. The continuous pour is 0000 which is a little weird since it’s actually the first option. I’d have preferred it at the end with some other label for clarity. That said, those 2 down sides don’t stop this being a very nice bit of kit! PS: don’t forget to order some extra filters
