Review: Great way to poach eggs. - Get a skillet that holds as many of these as required for your batch (1 dish per poached egg). Arrange them in the pan and add water until they float about ¾” from the bottom. Then apply heat until the water is barely boiling. AT THAT POINT (not earlier) spray a little olive oil in each little dish. Crack an egg into each one and cover, preferably with a glass lid so you can watch. DO NOT ALLOW A ROLLING BOIL, just barely bubbling. Wait until the whites solidify, then use a colander/strainer spoon (large flat spoon with lots of holes drilled through it, aka “fat skimmer spoon”) to tilt the dishes and move the eggs to the water. Turn the heat down and watch your perfectly round poached eggs develop. Fish them out with that same spoon. Oh and hint, if you don’t want to make hollandaise for your Benedict, I’ve found honey mustard a lazy but great substitute. Enjoy!

These are the nicest little bowls! I plan on using them for my charcuterie boards. They're great for holding pickles, olives, or anything that I'd rather not place directly on my boards. I will likely buy another set to use as spice bowls for my baking. Highly recommend!
