Stretching it while flat it measures 12 inches which would be about a 24 inch circumference. When I buy a cap or hat I need an extra large. This is a great product HOWEVER to deserve a Halo you must be Kind, Helpful, and Tolerant or your Halo will will mysteriously disappear in. the middle of the night. **Q: So you wear this on you forehead? How about at least hairline placement? Also, any breakouts from wearing on forehead?** A: Hello Amber, I have used this brand of head band and have been very pleased with it's performance. I wear it on my forehead so that it channels sweat to the sides of my head and keeps it out of my eyes. I'm not sure that it would be as effective on or above your hair line. **Q: For men?** A: Def for men! Simple and studly. No frills. Works great. I’m a man and I love it. Just don’t throw it in the dryer. **Q: Can you remove the yellow plastic part on the inside the sweatband? Does this sweatband absorb?** A: It’s rubber and it’s the whole point of the design. Yes it does absorb. All sweat bands eventually get saturated and sweat runs down your face. The only exception is you don’t really sweat or you use this sweatband. You don’t feel it. You’ll never know it’s there. Es suficientemente apretada para no desplazarse pero no tanto para no provocar una jaqueca. Apenas lo he usado dos veces y aún no lo uso para ciclismo pero promete ser un producto de calidad y duradero.
