A: It's not a kit.  It's a universal set of pipes.  It'll fit anything if you know how to fabricate.

**Q: Will the work on a 99 gmc Sierra extended cab with long tube headers**
A: Yes but this kit requires cutting and welding.  It gives you enough bends to get the exhaust out the sides at least and look very nice under the vehicle if you take your time.
