Chewy fruity goodies. Small, chewy, fruit-flavored candies that come in pineapple, raspberry, grape, banana and other citrus shapes. First enjoyed in the U.S. in 1920, and a German tradition before that. They’re a lot like gummies, but they’re in a league of their own.

Review: Stop giving bad reviews - I see a few reviews saying that the glue wasn’t very strong on the box and so it dried out the candy and they are stale. That tells me one thing: you are not the target market for this candy. Please stop ordering it. And definitely stop complaining to desertcart. They are SUPPOSED to be hard and a little stale feeling. That is their defacto. If you don’t like it, then don’t order them. If you want something slightly softer and squishier, I recommend trying jujyfrutes. If those are still too hard for you, just order Dots. These are not small Dots. They are harder and taste different. Please stop leaving bad reviews for a product you simply don’t understand. Review: Classic Jujubes at a reasonable price - Jujubes are by far my favorite candy (and have been for long time). Taste wise they are similar to the much more common Jujyfruit candy's except they are smaller, a bit more firm, and have in my opinion have a much bolder flavor. Cost wise, this product on desertcart is a bit more expensive than the price I can find in stores (which for Jujubes is becoming more difficult to find in store). Quality wise, the cases that I have gotten from desertcart have been significantly fresher than boxes that can be bought at a local store. The ones in local stores tend to be extremely hard from age (sometimes to the point where they cannot be eaten), However every box I have gotten from desertcart has been fresh (i.e firm but not teeth shattering hard) which is why I buy Jujubes almost exclusively from here (even though its a 30% markup of the price in my local store). One small negative I will add is that they no longer offer Jujubes shirts for sale on the back of the boxes =(. Overall amazing candy, you cannot go wrong buying from here.

**Q: Is it worth the buy? There seem to be so many negative comments and I wanted to send them to my nana as a surprise .**
A: Not sure what the negative comments might be. These are JUJUBES. The quantity seems appropriate to the price and the quality is just like all other JUJUBES in the world.

**Q: Are Jujubes vegetarian?**
A: Corn syrup, sugar, modified food starch (potato), white mineral oil, Carnauba wax, natural and artificial flavor, red 40, Yellow 5 yellow 6, blue one. Not sure if mineral oil is considered vegetarian. But the rest of the ingredients should be. Depending on what the natural and artificial flavors are made from I suppose.

**Q: How much sugar in a box of jujubes**
A: YES a whole bunch! these are practically pure sugar look at the ingredients and nutritional facts

**Q: What is the expiration date on boxes of this candy that are currently shipping?**
A: Jujubes have no expiration. When they are “stale” it just means they are a little crunchier when you eat ‘em. Jujubes are amazing.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are SO Fresh!

I have loved Jujubes for probably 50 years now and this is the only place I can find them anymore. I like them best when they are a little stale: Hard, but chewy when you suck on them for a while. I have had trouble with ordering them on Amazon in the past when they were crunchy and brittle (?!?) but I finally tried again and this time they are soft and chewy and flavorful. Way too fresh for me, but my husband now loves them and I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep them hidden until they harden up so I can enjoy them the way I remember! Amazon's got a good batch right now!!! (March 2023)
