I have 6 of these for 2 airplanes and charge them at 2A , they last a long time that way. I had one that I charged at 3.3 routinely (nearly daily in the summer) and found it got out of balance about half way though and I would have to discharge it and then slow balance charge it to even it up again. The 2A charged cells are perfectly balanced after two years of use. **Q: Ordered two different times. received two different batteries. first ones had thinner cells and weighed 287g. second order weighed 352g. why?** A: Different chemicals, both have same output have used both for a year. But the red wire is the positive wire and the black wire is the negative wire on the battery itself. **Q: Will this fit the eflite timber x 1.2?** A: Check the connector. These have T60.
