The holes on the sides make it easy to stick your arms through when laying on your belly, and the breast pouch makes laying on your belly much more comfortable for us women. The face rest is another amazing feature! It has pillowed edges making it comfortable to rest your face on without straining your neck. Then when laying on your back, you can flip the pillow back up and rest your head! The chair also features a carry strap making carrying this chair around so effortless. I wish I returned it before it expired because the chest area stitching not strong enough & came apart pn both left and right edges. If there is a way to get a replacement I would appreciate it. I only use in backyard in grass and no water or sand.
