I am going in for a surgery soon that will require pads for a short period of time. These are what my sister (much younger sister) recommended. They are thin, quite absorbant and do not feel like a diaper between your legs. They will work just fine. PS... these are for collection of blood and thicker body fluids, they will not work effectively for urine. If you have incontinence issues please use a product specified for that purpose.
