Gives a good amount of light, the head rotates, and the arm stretches and contracts to a nice neat position.My only issue was the bolt to attach it to a table was too big for my bedside cabinet and I ended up having to build a stand for it to be attached to the wall. Be aware that the bolt at the back is massive and if your furniture has back boards it can affect it being able to be attached.I would definitely repurchase if needed a new one or one for another spot.
