Future applications should be fairly easy as the board won't soak up nearly as much oil as the first coat. **Q: Where is this made?** A: It's manufactured and bottled in Seattle Washington. **Q: How long does this treatment last?** A: This treatment is not a single application product. Cutting boards need to be periodically treated with oil to preserve the integraty of the wood and maintain a clean cutting surface.
