Perfect for frying a whole range of foods to create a variety of dishes such as potatoes to create chips, fries or wedges, battered fish, calamari, fried chicken or other meats, vegetables to create tempura, onions rings, spring rolls, fruits such as bananas to make fritters, samosas, croquettes as well as tasty desserts like doughnuts and churros. With a generous 1.5 litre capacity, there is plenty of space to cook enough food for a meal for just you, you and a partner, or a small family. The adjustable thermostat temperature control ensures your food is perfectly cooked through, every time. The indicator light on the fryer lets you know when you’re good to go. It even comes with a pictorial guide on the front of the fryer, showing how long different foods take to cook, on average. The transparent viewing window on the lid allows you to easily keep an eye on how your food is cooking whilst the lid stays closed to prevent oil splashes. The detachable basket with a cool-touch handle, to save you from contact burns or not being able to pick it up due to the heat, allows you to safely and easily lower your food into the hot oil, and lift it out again. Omg we love this chippy. Safer and more easy to use than anything else you can buy in Australia!!!! Just remember you will need a uk plug to aus plug adapter. Very safe no spits. Don’t forget to by chipping potatoes! It makes a difference.
