I only soaked it for about 15 minutes, but when I took it out, it was clean, but the pink all came off. I don't care, the metal pipe is clean and still works, but I thought "safe for metal" meant "leaves your gear unchanged." This stuff gets the resin for sure, I am certain its the cheapness of the pipe and not causticness of the cleaner. Right? Or at least "I hope." The photo attached?
