I used this in my Kia Soul cause I DoorDash( drive for hours) and needed relief for my static nerve/hip pain. I'm 5'10", 240 with junk in my trunk lol. You do feel immediate relief but because the front of the cushion is so thick that ypur legs start to loose circulation. You get restless leg pains and then start moving around to get comfortable. Because of moving around the cushion then moves, back pain comes back defeating the purpose of having g the cushion.
