Perfect for when your hair needs intense moisture. Even though it is too rich for my fine wavy/curly hair. If I use it like a regular deep conditioner my hair looks oily and weight down. I only put some of it inside my refresh-spray-bottle as a leave in for my ends. But I can imagine that it works great on thicker and more curly hair (at least 3b curls or more).
