I also severely grind my teeth so I have broken this device numerous times. This time I decided to purchase this mouth guard to use while my device is being fixed again.I read other reviews and jutted my lower jaw out as far as it could go while setting the mold. This is basically what my acrylic device does, just in a fancier way. I have found that this mouth guard works very well for that purpose and have had several good sleeps because of it.
