**Q: So you have to have the app and your phone open for it to work?**
A: Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. InvisaWear works with a connected smart phone that’s within 30 ft.  The app is compatible with most Android devices running Android version 9.0+ and iPhones running iOS 11.0+.  Please note that your phone must be compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy. 
 
In order for your phone to recognize the Bluetooth signal sent from the invisaWear app, the app has to be running on your phone (doesn't need to be on the screen, just running in the background) so please don't force close out of it. 

If you have an iPhone, you can leave the app running in the background just please make sure you don't double tap the home button and swipe up on it. If you have an Android, when you leave the app, please tap the square menu button not the arrow. The arrow causes you to close the app.   Hope this helps!

**Q: Does the app need to open and running on the phone for it to work?**
A: Thanks so much for your question! The app needs to be running in the background for the alert to be sent. As long as you don't force close out of the app, the invisaWear will be able to communicate with your phone in an emergency. If you have anymore questions, please don't hesitate to let us know!

**Q: An you check location of pendant without the user requesting help? I would like to get one for my two year so I could track her location.**
A: Thank you so much for your interest in invisaWear. At this moment, you cannot see the user's location until they double press the button. ### ⭐ Not Ready for Prime Time!

Used with Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone, Android 13. App version 5.4 downloaded from Play Store. Horrible documentation. No mention in the enclosed docs how to use the device (you have to double click the back). REQUIRES a $14.99 monthly plan with ADT. Add contacts does not work - had to manually add them even though the app found the all the contacts on the phone. Battery is NOT changeable - guaranteed for one year. When battery dies you have to BUY a new device. Only works if you have cell coverage. No mention if WiFi calling works. I assume that it will not work when traveling outside of the USA. App interface is non-intuitive. IMO not properly tested. During TESTING a live ADT/911 message was inadvertently sent - a real world call. 911 Dispatcher called back. This device is not ready for prime time. Seems like a prototype; for a version 5.4 app navigation should be better. Avoid. I'd give it a zero but that was not an option.
