**Q: Is this suitable for filling holes in plastic vehicle bumpers?**
A: sets and looks like concrete

**Q: Are these clear or semi clear in colour? The photo shows a black outer part, do you remove this to use the pellets**
A: There is cellophane on the outside which you remove and then you thoroughly mix the blue and the grey together to get a uniform colour and then use.  It sets a dark grey ish colour.

Easy to use. Did a wonderful job repairing a cracked plastic water fountain. Pellets just right to work and use without it going off. Able to get a smooth finish with the use of a little water.

Not sure if I had a dodgy batch or what. My putty was already quite firm, like it has already dried around the edges. I kneaded it as per instructions but it was really difficult to knead, it kept breaking apart, and ended up with hard bits throughout. I wanted to use it to patch a hole in our door, but it just crumbled off.
