But watch how much suction you use. *by C***T on 19 August 2018* I've been using them for a couple of weeks, and think I see an improvement in my facial skin. I use them after my shower with my facial lotion to help them glide. (I don't want to allow the water to run while I'm using them in the shower--wasteful!). A problem with the big cups (for rest of body)....First time I used them on my thighs, I bruised rather badly. It did not hurt at all while I was using them, but I guess I used too much pressure, and my skin reacted badly! I have used less suction on them since the first couple of times, and it is much better.
