What about pie crust, or cinnamon roll dough? biscuits?** A: This isn't easy to use. Dough springs back to almost its original size. Lifts off table. Unit scratches table since no rubber feet. The press was unsecured in the shopping box and was allowed to shift around and scratch the press disk surfaces. It doesn’t appear to have bent scissor arms.
