The Atlas 150 Roller Pasta Machine can be used to create pasta sheets 150mm/6in useful for lasgana or in the making of ravioli. It features a 10-position adjustment knob allowing your to prepare your sheets in 10 thicknesses, depending on your desired pasta shape. It can be used by hand or with the separately available Pastadrive Motor, and it is compatible with 11 separately available attachments to create additional pasta shapes. Other uses include molding sugar paste fondant for decorating cakes and pastries or for a variety of applications that require sheets of soft and malleable doughs. Compatible with 11 separately available Marcato pasta accessories to create additional pasta shapes. Easy to clean: Let sit out for at least 30 minutes and then clean off remaining dough residue with a dry cleaning brush. **Q: Widest width of dough that can be sheeted is 180 mm equals 7".  Is this correct maximum width??**
A: Yes mine is exactly 7” but I use mine for polymer clay. I’m presuming that if my clay can get clogged behind the rollers, than dough will as well. They aren’t easy to clean but you can strip them down of excess metal and win over half the battle. Google YouTube “dismantling a pasta machine for polymer clay use”.

**Q: how wide of a sheet will it make?**
A: 17.5mm or 6 3/4in.

**Q: Could this machine work for laminating croissant dough?**
A: I believe it can. I have never done it but there is a how to on Pinterest. Hope this helps.

**Q: is the crank handle black plastic or silver like the amazon picture**
A: The crank handle is black plastic, and the crank is chrome.  Remember, there are no attachments for this unit, and although I love it, I would not purchase it again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb, you won't find pasta this good in any market

You get what you pay for. Obviously, this is priced higher than others like it. I have found it superb. I used its recommended recipe with a 50:50 mix of semolina & 00 flour. I mixed that in a food processor to provide some gluten build-up. I rolled, folded in half, and rolled again ...and again. I kept doing this until the roll was smooth. It required a few passes, but was definitely worth it. The resulting pasta was superb, the best I have ever eaten. Friends have agreed. Cons: it's noisy, not all cutters accept the motor attachment and the price ...but so what? The purpose was to make better pasta and this does exactly that. Initially, I felt guilty about having spent so much money for this product. After one taste, that guilt was gone. I have purchased more cutters as a result. I'm sold. If you are looking to make the best pasta you have ever tasted, purchase this product, use a 50-50 mix of semolina & 00 flour, (weigh your ingredients, don't use measuring cups), create your dough ball in a food processor, and get ready for the best pasta you have ever tasted.
