    Great for Dutch Indonesian Cendol!

For YEARS I'd try melting palm sugar to make Cendol, but it just got sticky and left a mess in my bowl.  I found these bottles and it's perfect!  (1) bottle served about 7 family members, they drank two cups each (yes, we love Cendol lol!) with plenty to spare, because you definitely don't need a lot.  It's very thick but easy to pour.  It almost has a sweet coffee taste to it, so I can imagine it's good for ice cream too.  YAY! So happy found this sugar here...I plan to buy more for Easter!

By coincidence (honest truth), my order arrived just as I had spooned up a scoop of coffee ice cream. Needless to say it only seemed right to pour a dab of my new Rich Simple Palm Syrup on the ice cream for a taste test. The rich somewhat brown sugar and butterscotch flavor in this all natural Palm Sugar Rich Simple Syrup is a delightful surprise.Don’t let the price tag deter you. A little goes a long, satisfying way. Must try on coconut pudding, lemon sponge cake, a curried rice dish I make …. The possibilities are endless! I highly recommend these gourmet syrups.
