In the demo photos, the product looks so sleek, with the cables neatly tucked in. But in reality, it's an unwieldy mess. If you try to wrap the cables around the docking station, inevitably the cables stick out from all over the place, particularly when you don't have all of the docks occupied with devices.I emailed their support team and asked for a training video to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. I already contacted Trendlift on this, but unfortunately no response. The noise while charging is so loud that I cannot have the device near my bed.
