I was very happy with the Lotus Root Starch which I ordered before, so I decided to order again. However, the current product is different than what I ordered before. I’ve been trying the product. I put the powder package in the cup, and pour hot water in the cup. Sometimes I get a “smooth” cup of Lotus Root, and sometimes I get a “jell like” cup of Lotus Root. I was real disappointed, and I preferred the old product better.
