My son sometimes cluster feeds, and my poor nipples get raw. These didn't further irritate them, at all. The prints even match some of my son's cloth diapers.I think my biggest complaint is the size. My breasts are bigger because I'm nursing, but these are very big. So, I have some trouble hiding them in my bra, and they keep riding up and out of my bra.However, I would highly recommend these nursing pads for any new mamas.
