**Q: How accurate is this? When I use it I get very different results back to back...**
A: I have not had this problem. I do see a minor change if I sit quietly for a few minutes and then rerun the test. I also have a second monitor that I use to double check readings occasionally and have not noted a difference.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: Most likely China. Mine was terribly inaccurate, 20-30 points high and didn’t agree with reading taken at my Dr’s office. Sent it back.

**Q: is this product latex free?**
A: The cuff seems to be made of nylon, if that's what you're asking.  They only part that could remotely be made of latex is the hose which leads from the cuff to the device. It appears to be made of rubber.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Does it have a backlight? I own a bp monitor that can not light up at night.**
A: Yes, it equiped with a large LCD backlight screen which help u or loved read the blood pressure number clearly at dark light enviroment, eye-friendly  for people that has a weaker sight. Any more question, please freely let us know here. Thank you.

I ordered and received the blood pressure monitor in Feb 2024. It worked great until about 1 week or so ago. Now it reads high. It has not been dropped or damaged in any way. We have changed the batteries. Still reads high. I know this because I have had a couple of nurses check my blood pressure with different monitors to compare readings. Previously, they read about the same. Now my machine runs about 10 pts higher. So, I would like to exercise my warranty to have my machine replaced. I do not see an email in the manual to contact the manufacturer. I do not wish to publish my email or phone number publicly. Please contact Amazon to get my email address and/or phone number.
