camera inside, it's recommended that you choose one or two of the following 
methods:
    - Soak in warm water for about 7 min
    - Cover with a hot towel for 5 min
    - Use your body heat and place it between your clothes and your body for about 10 min

A: This shell is suitable for both GoPro Hero 11 Black and GoPro Hero 10/9 Black, because the three cameras are the same size.

**Q: Just to confirm, does this fit gopro hero 7 black??????**
A: Not sure, I had hero5 and this one is bigger for a hero 11.  If the hero 7 is the same size as the hero 5 then it will not fit. Hope this help
