I got this lock because it had very good reviews and matches my current door handle and the outgoing dead bolt. It was very easy to install and program. Really nice feel and solid construction. Made in Mexico and not China.. Now I don't need any keys or worry about locking myself out or fumbling in my pocket for keys while I have grocery in my arms. I can input multiple combo entry for everyone and delete them as I desire; if the combo was a temporary one for a visitor. I like the manual bolt action as it assures me it will not malfunction as much as one that is electronic. I also like the key override. ( I know some say that the 5 pin tumbler is the weak link and it could be picked. I know how to pick locks and I can assure you that if I wanted to get into a house, front door would be the last point of entry considered. And if a thief is determined, electronic locks are not much of a deterrent out of many other easy access into a home.) It took us longer to decide on the combo for the lock than to change the locks. Very hard to think of a number we'd remember and not forget.. that was not the usual social, b-day, or any other number that is public knowledge with just a click of a keyboard these days. It's a four number combo, which I thought would be easy to brute force your way in 30 min or so, but it has a 3 incorrect try timeout which was a nice smart design surprise. The large numeric buttons has a nice blue night light and is easy to read. It has a nice clear plastic coating that makes it wear resistant. I don't think we need to re-key the locks often to wear out all the numbers evenly. Even if they wear, I'd just sand the other numbers to match. All the online review says it is one of the most reliable locks on the market but only time will tell.
