The studs have a 6mm thread so will not fit some other boots. I could not find a stud key to fit them anywhere and as they have 5 cut out grooves and most stud keys only have 3 grooves or are a different shape. 2 of the threads on the studs were a little stiff to screw in but the rest fine. I used a multi size socket and ratchet to remove and replace the studs (see picture) which worked really well as I lost my stud key ages ago.
